Born and Raised in Youngstown, Ohio for 35 years, I achieved my Associates Degree in Business where I used this to manage and own several multi-million dollar operations.
In early 2005, while visiting my sister in Wilmington during Easter, my wife and I were amazed by the fantastic climate and community. We visited several places and fell in love with Onslow County’s atmosphere and climate. At that point we decided this would be a great place to raise our family and by June of 2005 we were able to move here.
I decided that I would pursue my passion of real estate, the joy of seeing my clients as they first step into that “perfect” home and helping them to negotiate that home within their budget.
I have achieved both my SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) Designation and my ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designation, giving me a deeper insight into both the seller’s and buyer’s side of the transaction. This has enabled me to better negotiate my clients position no matter which side of the transaction we may be on.
